About Me

I am very easygoing and open minded. I love traveling, especially because I get to meet new people. For me, a good conversation is worth a lot. I have a degree in Design and I attended arts for 2 years, so I'm interested about the culture and the art of all places.
I am very curious to know more about the world and the interesting people who live here and there. I love to laugh, I think that is one of my favorite things. Laugh of it all and often even of myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I can learn more about the place and more about the costumes of each place. Sometimes a hotel can be very impersonal. The exchange of information and experience can be much richer when you have the opportunity to be in someone's home, and make friends around the world. I think this is an amazing and very smart idea.

Interests

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music. I think each time calls for a different music. And all of them are valid. But my favorite kind is Brazilian music.

Books: I love books with stories that hook me, as I found in the book "Ana Terra", "Animal Farm" and any piece written by Luis Fernando Verissimo, they are all very good.
Movies: "Into the Wild", "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", "Untouchables", those are some of my favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There Are two things I find important. Back in Brazil, I used to work with Fair Trade, which was very wonderful to me, because, through my work and my drawings, I was able to create something that could really help some people from the suburbs and poor communities. Through my designs, they were able to generate incomes and insert themselves into the market.
It was amazing to know that was not just a job, but also an intervention in society, and some kind of difference in the lives of many people.
The second thing was to drop everything and come to live in Dublin for a while. I want to improve as a professional and also meet lots of new things. People, cultures, have incredible and fun experiences.
