I'm a 22-year old student from Utrecht, The Netherlands. Currently I'm studying at the University of Humanistic Studies, a small university located in the heart of Utrecht.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As you might know, students are well known for their lack of money. So do I. Since I'm visiting a good friend in Japan this summer, I'm in need for an affordable place to stay, because unfortunately we're not allowed to stay at our friend's place. It would be absolutely great if anyone could make this possible.

Music, Movies, and Books

Maybe they're pretty common interests, but I have a particular taste in these interests. When it comes to music, I'm a huge hiphop fanatic. I'm also into jazz, soul and funk, as well as different kinds of world music (I recently got addicted to an album made by Malian musicians and Damon Albarn from the Gorillaz).
I travelled to several European countries and to Thailand to visit my brother. This summer will be the second time I'm visiting a country outside of Europe.
