Overview
About Me
For travellers, please note that my home is in Nagareyamashi, about 45mn by train from Tokyo.
ABOUT ME
Traveling means to me discovering other aspects of myself through meeting new people in different cultures.
I grew up in Switzerland and lived in Japan for the first six years of my adult life.
I am a kind of environmental feminist philosopher lost at the crossroad between cultures and disciplines. Each step I take, I get more lost in the unknown in the middle of contradictory norms and perspectives... but I love it !
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I enjoy meeting people from various cultural background through volunteering. Thanks to Couchsurfing, I met wonderful people around the world, who were worth the risks of the few bad experiences.
When I'm at home, I also enjoy welcoming travelers :-)
Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteering in an organic farm in Japan, for 3 months, and learning Japanese there with the local farmer
... and I continued to travel for 8 months through Europe, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Argentina
... actually for 10 years now (lazy to update the profile more)
