About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living is a lot like Flying, You either do it or die Trying...

ABOUT ME

Welcome! I am a very easy going, laid back and adaptable person when thrown into new and exciting situations. Realistic Optimist. Treat others as I would want to be treated. Respect other people's space, property and privacy. I really miss playing music with my band while I'm traveling. I would love to learn about your culture, music, your day to day life, and especially your language. Although I am a beginner, I hope to learn several languages in the years to come.

PHILOSOPHY

"To make a dream get real you've got to choose what to believe, Everything comes around if you know how to wait, Resign yourself to wander hand in hand with fate"

"The Future is here, We are it, We are on our own"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just returned from a world tour for 19 months and 6 continents, so after doing much surfing I am excited to host at home to keep the worldly meetings going!!!! As a host, I am available to show people a good time and payback all the good nature that I experienced on the road. As a surfer, I try to be a good communicator...I have a mobile to keep in touch and always let my host know my current situation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I can think of nothing but positive experiences!! I have traveled extensively throughout the world and slept on many couches.....and soon, hopefully in a city near you. :) Looking forward to hosting!

Music, Movies, and Books

too many to count

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just had my first international gig and guest starred with a band at a Swedish Folk Festival. Camped in the Serengeti with 20+ lions eating a buffalo in view. Saw a full on cheetah hunt/kill in Kenya. Hang Gliding in NZ! SCUBA the Great Barrier Reef at night. Diving with Hammerheads in the Galapagos Islands! Almost too many to list, life is beautiful!

Teach, Learn, Share

I could play you a song on the mandolin before bed...also, I can share some acoustic music that you may never have known that you like. I can teach some funny American slang and I can juggle pretty well :) Also, I can teach guitar/mandolin. I am open to learn anything you might want to share with me!
