About Me
CURRENT MISSION
teach myself not to live my life too straight-line, but to enjoy the time I have and to be more relaxed ;)
ABOUT ME
In April 2009 I finished my studies in Freiburg, Germany. Now, I'm looking for a job, but I still haven't found one (perhaps because I’m not searching that seriously???).
I'm quite organized for others, but I think that I'm less organized for myself; I always wait to do things until the last possibility, so I'm always in a hurry. I think I can't live without stress.
But: I’m trying really hard to change this :D So: please help me succeed! ;)
And, very important: I do not smoke!
PHILOSOPHY
Je préfère avoir des remords que des regrets.
Vivez, si m’en croyez, n’attendez à demain :
Cueillez dès aujourd’hui les roses de la vie.
Interests
I love being with friends, doing sports like playing Badminton, jogging, swimming, cycling; I really do like nature and hiking, being outside in general, doesn't matter if it's rainy or sunny, cold or hot; I love being part of a group, being together with friends, but I also enjoy staying for myself from time to time, thinking about myself, about life or just reading; I love poems, funny and serious ones; I am very interested in culture, I like museums (but I have some problems with “modern art” which I sometimes don’t understand :D), but, on the other hand, I love modern architecture, skyscrapers and stuff like this; I love to play on words and hunorous people. I like to go to live concerts, I’ve seen quite a few known and unknown artists on stage; I’m interested in discovering different cultures and learning things I haven't heard before about other countries; I love drinking wine while hanging around with friends...

Music, Movies, and Books
I like going to the cinema, but, regrettably, I do not often go there. The Life of Brian, of course; A fish named Wanda; I love watching movies like Finding Nemo, A bugs life, Monsters, Inc.; The sixth Sense; The Big Lebowski; Die Hard; Ten things I hate about you; A Knight’s Tale; French films: Bienvenue chez les Ch’tis; Parlez-moi de la pluie, Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain and there are so many more…
Lynda Lemay, Benabar, Patrick Bruel, Indochine, Funny van Dannen, Bodo Wartke, La Roux, Lady Gaga, The Beatles, da Silva, Zazie, Agnès Biehl, Manu Chao, 2-Raum-Wohnung, Ärzte, Subway to Sally – actually, I like all kinds of music, if its well made (okay, except the german Volksmusik perhaps and Jazz… :D)
I love reading, but unfortunately, I often don’t have that much time to do it. Recently, I read Ken Folletts World without End – it took me not a week, even if it’s about 1300 pages – I simply loved it. I love all kind of historical novels, especially books dealing with the middle age or the French Revolution. I read all the HP-books in French, but I haven’t seen the movies (oh actually, I’ve seen one on TV, I think); I like reading French books and authors like Amélie Nothomb (Belgian), Anna Gavalda (French), Guillaume Musso (French) and many others.
I love all kinds of crime thrillers, Henning Mankell, Donna Leon or Ingrid Noll for example...
