ABOUT ME

I grew up in Belgrade, then lived in NYC on-and-off for about 7 years, now I'm back in Belgrade mostly, but looking for every opportunity to get away.

I love to travel but don't do it nearly enough. I'm working on fixing that! (more plans than I know what to do with)

"Don't be an asshole and everything will turn out ok in the end." or something like that. The simpler you make everything the less things there are that can go wrong.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of CS because it lets you experience a place from a local perspective. You get a free place to crash, get to hear things that you would normally probably miss out on otherwise and usually by the end of if you've made a new friend. It's a brilliant concept.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies - all kinds, from little indie stuff to Hollywood to documentaries, I've found something good everywhere. Kubrick is good. Blade Runner, Baraka, Wristcutters, Metropolis, MirrorMask, Seventh Seal, Chasing Amy.

Books, a lot of SF and bits of fantasy. Love Douglas Adams and GG Kay. I never really got into classical literature very much, but I read a lot of non-fiction and mythology. I'm a big Hunter Thompson fan.

I also like comics, Warren Ellis and Alan Moore being at the top of the pile. Oh, and Hellboy :)
