Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Couch surfing is the best way to meet interesting locals and make new friends. It is also the best way to learn about a new place and culture through a wonderful and hospitable host. I want the best experience by learning and being immersed in a culture. What better way to learn about a place then to stay with someone who is already so knowledgeable and apart of the community?

I am new to Couch surfing but have heard many positive things. I want to meet like-minded individuals, who have a passion for life, experiences and travel. :)

Intereses

I have a love and passion for creating art. I love to paint in watercolours and also in acrylic painting. Painting and art has always been something that I've done ever since I can remember. I have a great appreciation for nature, animals and just the beautiful landscape of our earth. I try as much as I can to enjoy being outside and enjoy the simple beautiful pleasures that each day brings. Staying active and healthy is something that I strive for, so I love to go for hikes, biking and runs.

I am open to different genres of music. I love live venues and shows and try my best to support local artists. Some of my favourite bands include Radiohead, In the Valley Below, Lana del rey, Arcade Fire, Bat for Lashes, Bombay Bicycle Club, Chvrches, Bitter:Sweet, FKA twigs, Keane, Kodaline... Just to name a few. I also enjoy old school music like Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald.

I love reading as well! Some of my favourite books include The Kite Runner, The Book of Negroes. A Million Little Pieces to name a few I can go on forever.

Algo increíble que he hecho

One amazing thing that I've done is spent all one summer volunteering for local charities and not for profit organizations.... This was also the best summer that I've had. I never knew that giving back to the community was so rewarding on so many different levels. I will definitely be volunteering again every summer.
