About Me
Hi there! I'm Mónica, though nicknamed as Moni. I'm an Argentinian teacher of English madly in love with the English language, its history and its Anglo-Celtic culture.
I'm also into music, arquitectural and graphic design (I'd like to do a crash course on it some day), films and literature. In my leisure time - while on my own - I'm fond of watching films and series, writing, singing and playing my accoustic guitar - I've been keen on music ever since I remember. At the weekends, hanging out with friends or getting together in my place is my idea of fun.
Little by little I'm turning into an adventurous and outgoing globetrotter, so it goes without saying that I'm eager to travel the world, see the beauty of nature and meet people all age, from every corner of the globe and from all walks of life. I can't simply bear the thought of holidaying in a luxurious hotel or an all-inclusive seaside resort. I'd rather go trekking and camping in the woods or simply stay at a hostel meeting people across the world - as I've done for so long.
Will you be my host? Looking foward to reading a "yes"! =)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm a brandnew couchsurfer - or at least I'd love to. I've popped up in here just because a friend of mine and me are traveling to the UK and the Republic of Ireland for the first time ever.
