Overview
About Me
Hey, i'm Léa 🍍
I love to discover and share about everything and everyone.
Since i work as a journalist, my job is a grest way to open up about other realities and share their story. And everyone has great stories and something to teach if you let them.
ABOUT ME
I'm very fun and outgoing but also have a very quiet and loner side.
Backcountry skiing, reading and everything in between.
PHILOSOPHY
Still working on that I guess. I try to make the most of my life without hurting anyone. That's pretty much it for now.
But as a popular Quebec song says: everyone one wants everbody to love them but nobody loves everybody//
Tout le monde veut que tout le monde l'aime, mais personne aime tout le monde.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been couchsurfing for a few months in BC, and for 2 weeks in California. I've host a few people as well. Always great experiences. I met wonderful people that I'm still in touch with, even after many years. I simply love that way of meeting people and discovering new places.

Music, Movies, and Books
Radio and podcasts = yeah. Books and (good) movies = yeah. Love people who read and know about cinema.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been living in Gaspesie for the past three years, on and off. It's an amazing place, a bit isolated from the rest of Quebec.
The mountains and landscapes are amazing and became a really important part of my life since i moved here. Mountains are my happy place.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you about photography, video, french, cooking, bar tending. How to not care and let it go is probably my main trait so i guess i could teach you that as well heh?
I want to learn more spanish, more on photography, kayaking in rivers...pretty much whatever.
I meet so much interesting people threw my work, wish i had all their knowledge and skills. From super intense athletes who run 100 miles in a day, to super smart teachers who know everything about the history of first nations.
There is so much to learn. Makes me dizzy.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to share my love for my region. Hope they get one bit of what this place make me feel.
