My name is Lea, 26 years old from Hamburg, currently on a work break for 6 months making my way through Scandinavia, Baltic States & Balkan States. Trying to figure out a thing or two. Pushed myself out of the comfort zone to explore new cultures & countries, get inspired by others & learn about myself.

I love the idea of 'living like a local', because I am not that tourist type, who thinks doing expensive Sightseeing Tours is how you get to know a country. I think couchsurfing is a good way to experience and learn more about foreign countries.

I love staying active and try all different kinds of sports. I love to explore & to be outdoors, challenging myself with new things. As I know very well how to keep myself busy all the time, I learned how important it is, to calm down from time to time and find joy in the little things.

I am highly interested in language and communication & love to educate myself about things I don't know. I love to exchange ideas, opinions & ways of living. I think there's a lot to learn from each other, if you're open to meet new cultures, countries and people, but it's also not predictable & depends on the authenticity.
