I grew up in Cologne Germany. Through student exchanges and holiday trips I discovered my love for travelling. I have just finished school in Germany and I will start Uni in Glasgow next year. I love all kinds of outdoor sports, especially running, hiking and biking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I remember the journeys I have been on, the places I have been and the things I have seen stay in mind. But what I love thinking back to the most, is the people I have met and the experiences I have shared. So travelling without getting to know as many people as possible means missing out on so much. I think couchsurfing offers a great way of getting in touch with people with the same mindset!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

4 Day Hiking trip in the Peak District in the UK, we got utterly lost but met such incredibly nice people that against all odds we survived.

Today, we have the opportunity to see so much of the world but I think we get distracted by the big buildings and beautiful landscapes too quickly and oversee the fascinating people we meet along the way. I think every time we get to know another person we grow our mindset in one way ore another. I would love to share this experience with you!
