ABOUT ME

I like making things, painting in, on & around things, reading things, learning (and occasionally teaching) things, growing beautiful and/or edible things, and dancing/yoga/music/walking/talking/children friendly activities - all the things!

I have recently become Mama to a divine little girl cherub and am very much focused on her worldly and eclectic education. My partner and I have converted a large warehouse in Melbourne, Australia into artists studios, a couple of workshops/ venues and our home upstairs. We are still building this up and hope to be able to host once it is all up and running.

I run a children's performance / story telling troupe which is a lot of fun and fairly busy throughout the Australian summer months. We also work at a lot of festivals when the sun shines so are often away November - March.

My family are originally from Berlin & Ireland and I've lived in Latin America and Asia. English, German and Spanish speaking.

I really really love yoga. If I had much more time I would write and illustrate stories. I sing to my baby on public transport (quietly).

I am creatively inclined, and appreciate those who are also.

Music, Movies, and Books

All of the music! But especially fond of early blues & jazz, show tunes, marvellous period music, old film, new film. I Don't watch TV. I read many different things. I love biographies and learning new things.
