About Me

CURRENT MISSION

With my father being in the military it has embedded this yearn to continue to move around and travel. I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures. I do digital and film photography and I love taking my little buddy everywhere I go.

ABOUT ME

I love everything quirky and out of place. I enjoy saying words like keen, cheeky, bloody and chocoblock (recent vocabulary that has been embedded into me when I lived in Australia).I'm huge on meeting new people and I'll always be that awkward person sparking up a conversation on the plane, train, bus, or cafes. You know I'm having an off day when I don't have my camera with me. I have the tendency of picking up and going constantly so I'm never in one place for too long. I love camping when I can and road-tripping where I can. Music is my thang and I enjoy meeting other musicians to jam or to lay on the grass and listen. I'm a really happy-go-lucky type of gal and have, what I feel, is a unique personality that I can't really explain in a few words. For the most part I just love having fun and creating experiences with lovely people. There's nothing more satisfying than looking back on great memories.

PHILOSOPHY

Goodness. This four letter world call life. It breaks my heart when I meet so many people who haven't left their country let alone their state. We as people should make an effort to learn about everyone around us and from that I feel as though we would be able to understand not just a new culture, but ourselves and how we're able to adapt to the unfamiliar. Challenges are important in life, they mold us into more curious beings. Curiosity is a blessing and a curse, but when using curiosity for the right reasons, it delivers nothing but positive outcomes. Even at those moments of misfortune, it is at those times we should appreciate and create better opportunities for ourselves and others. I live to meet new faces and to share stories. It's so surprising to hear those that are different and to connect when they are similar. I don't necessarily travel to seek out the environmental beauties of the world, but my first objective is to share a moment with a stranger and exchange outlooks and perspectives in the place we live in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I can't pinpoint amazing, because I have done so much that it's hard to say what has been the most spectacular. I have done service projects in Czech Republic and English camps to help the children there, I have jumped off cliffs in Italy and camped next to kangaroos in Australia. I have lived in Germany for more than 4 years and travel frequently in the United States to try new cafes, hear new music, and meet new people looking for the same. I don't like to forget so I photograph everything so everything has been amazing from what I have seen so far.
