Hello! I'm a recent college grad from Maine. I like to spend my time in the outdoors, playing board games, and seeking out adventure...it's out there! (and watching Up, for that matter). Next year I'll be off to medical school, and in the meantime I'm trying to travel as much as possible. I'm interested in global health and social justice, with a focus in maternal and child health. I studied public health in Cuba and worked in Guatemala in prenatal care, if those things interest you I would love to talk about it :)

I love getting to know people in the places I'm traveling. It would be a privilege to stay with you! I haven't hosted yet since I've been traveling pretty constantly for the past couple of years, but definitely want to give back to the community and will hopefully be hosting in the near future.

I'm a bookworm! I would love to exchange book recommendations. Some of my favorite books are When Breath Becomes Air, A Constellation of Vital Phenomena, The DaVinci Code, The Bean Trees, and Water for Elephants.

My favorite movies are The Danish Girl, Erin Brockovich, Still Alice, The King's Speech, Imitation Game, My Name is Khan, and Beasts of the Southern Wild.

I love talking to people from many walks of life, and learning languages (hoping to learn some French this year). I would be so happy to play games/board games with you (my favorites are Taboo, Pictionary, and Fish Bowl) or exchange riddles.
