About Me
Hi there!
I am a social gal who loves meeting new people and making friends.
I was born in Boston MA, but grew up in Ireland, where I spent 22 years and then moved back to America a couple of summers ago
The way I see it; you only live once - so see everything you can, and experience as much as you can. Which is what I intend to do!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am freelancing right now with my job - which means my work comes with me wherever I go. So I would like to take this time to see some of the states and towns in America which I have always wanted to see, but have never had the chance. Make new friends along the way and have the adventure of my life.
I like staying with friends and really don't mind sleeping on couches or floors. Plus, lets be honest, couchsurfing is economical. It's great!
Interests
I adore animals, the outdoors, physical activities, long walks through unfamiliar territory, copious coffee, reading thrillers, drawing in cafes, eating delicious food, all round adventuring and dancing my butt off. And sleeping.
Also, I love to laugh. I mean, who doesn't? :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm an animator so it stands to reason that I'm a bit of a nerd and love cartoons - and I can quote most Disney and Pixar movies.
I love horror movies and action flicks. Get my heart pumping!
Some of my favorite movies (among many others) are: Terminator 2, Aliens, Mrs Doubtfire, Singin' in the rain, Inglorious bastards, Finding Nemo, Jurassic Park, back to the future, Mad max Fury Road.
I really like thriller novels. If it's a page turner that makes me want to close the book and never put it down at the same time - gimme.
Music-wise, I'm easy. Really, I grew up with classic rock-and-rollers for parents. So I know and love all the classics. Modern music I like too, even chart. And classical of course. Frankly, if it makes me close my eyes and smile, or puts a bounce in my step, I like it.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I traveled to Holland as an ambassador for Ireland when I was a teenager and stayed in a castle for a week.
.... Oh and did something ridiculously embarrassing I'll never forget -which I might tell you over a few drinks if we ever meet! ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories of my life while listening to yours. I can cook. I am a fun dancing buddy! I can tell you about Ireland and teach you a few words of Geilic.
