Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Arrive in San Diego wiser, bolder, and with purpose.
ABOUT ME
Daniel: Fire dancer, gymnast, foodie, and musician. Currently a newly-minted physician who has been placed in San Diego, for his residency. Loves dogs, has a mutual non-aggression pact with cats. And bees.
Leah: In the past few years I've lived in Dallas, Boston, Austin, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, North Carolina, and now San Diego! I love traveling, eating sketchy street food in Latin America, and getting on buses wtih unknown destinations. I've lived several lives, including preschool teacher, human rights activist, and Central American bum. After graduating with a Masters in Public Health I'm currently footloose and fancy free before I start my new job running public health research studies in Mexico, India, Russia, and Central America.
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe Canum (unless it doesn't want to be seized).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I teach the hokey-pokey. Also, handstands! Cartwheels! Oops, there is apparently a section for stuff like this. What's supposed to go here then? Howabout this: I participate by being a nice, friendly, responsible individual that makes a positive impact on the lives of others.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
None yet! ...unless you count the time I tried to surf my couch.
I (Daniel) have lived in one place for 10 years... and now have to get to San Diego for Residency.
