ABOUT ME

I love learning new things and learning from others. The experiences and growth as a person that you can get from sharing your life and being open to others is amazing! I love to have a good laugh and really never take much too seriously. I'm an occupational therapist and am passionate about mental health. I love listening to all sorts of music and having a bit of a sing, I need to work on my talents when it comes to playing instruments though!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm relatively new to CS, and don't have a lot of experience. I have four other siblings who have introduced me to CS and I would love to be able to open up my home to those who need a place to stay and share some great company. I;m open to hosting when the couch is available as well as surfing when I'm next travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had a lot of experience with couchsurfing, but I'm hoping to change that in the near future! I haven't hosted before but have stayed with my brother and sisters when they have been hosting and have loved the experience of getting to meet so many new people, all with different stories. I've surfed with my sister in NZ and South America which was a great way to get a local insight into the places you visit, and have also been very lucky to have people I've met on my travels open up their homes and kindly let me stay with them.

Interessen

I enjoy music, lot's of music! I used to play quite a few instruments but have been a bit slack over the years and lost my talent. I'd love to get back into playing my own music though! I love catching up with friends and family. I have quite a big family (1 brother and 3 other sisters), so they are very important to me and I love catching up with them when we all happen to be in the same country (which isn't very often!). I love language and I'd really like to be able to speak a second language fluently. I know a bit of Italian and a hint of Spanish, I’d love to work on this a bit more though!
