ABOUT ME

I've always believed in walking to the beat of my own drum and expressing myself in that fashion. I am passionate about encouraging the health of the body and mind. I was always given the confidence to use my mind and learned to align my thoughts with my actions; the activities I involve myself in are always an expression of the essential part of the person I am – connected, positive, creative, and adventurous.

Living a life and making decisions not out of fear but out of truth...living unselfishly and with intent...living at one's best physically, spiritually, mentally, socially and emotionally is an idea worth spreading. We are in a unique position within the tech world to strengthen our sense of connection with each other by sharing online what we learn - the knowledge in our own lives, in our own words - at a local level but connected internationally. I want to take the initiative make something of value to others.

PHILOSOPHY

Don’t make assumptions - Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

Always do your best - Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse and regret."
