About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Enjoy life

ABOUT ME

I have stepped into the corporate world, but I still want to get out and explore the world world more before settling down. I live in a small in law unit with my cats and dog. I recently started driving for Lyft as another way to get to know people in my area.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life so that I enjoy living it. Once I become friends with someone I try my hardest to not loose touch with them, they're too important in my life to loose. I will go out on a limb to help someone out, it's my nature.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am just couchsurfing for now. If I can move into a bigger place I will be opening up a couch/room to share. I try my best to tell as many people how great this site is and to join and participate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed at a few places in Europe and enjoyed them all so far. My favorite by far was when I stayed in Prague. My surfer showed me and my friends around the town and we were able to fully enjoy the nightlife thanks to him.

Interests

Music, reading, people watching, learning, listening and talking... a little bit of everything.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all types of music. Genres that are currently on my music player are ambient, blues, classical, country, disco, electro, folk, grunge, hip-hop, indie, jazz, metal, psycdelic, R&B, rap, reggae, rock, rocabilly, ska, soul, swing, techno, world, and oldies.

I'm a huge movie person. I'm mostly into thought provoking, mind-bending depressing dramas or flat out comedies.

I love to read. Since I studied in Spain I have become fond of spanish literature. I have read a ton of other literature works by english speaking authors, Some of which are "On the Road, The Bell Jar, Of Mice and Men, A Long Way Down, A Million Little Pieces, 1984, Little Women/Little Men... the list can go on for quite a while.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went on a road trip with 2 other friends a couple of years ago. We went from Long Beach, CA to Chicago, IL then back. We stopped in several cities along the way, but the highlights were in Chaseburg, WI where we went to a tiny local bar that was about the size of a house and met an insanely funny bartender that shapes clouds. We went started heading back west at that point and stopped in Yellow Stone National Park where I was excited and in awe of the buffalo!!! I'm already planning on going back to camp. It was the best 2 weeks ever!

Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Taiwan, United States
