About Me

Hi everybody! Before sending me a request be aware about this:

I DO NOT host people who have any kind of prejudice!

PHILOSOPHY

We don't have too much time to live, so we must enjoy every minute, letting behind the bad and sad situations because the feelings caused by them don't add anything but hurt and sadness, which you can, for sure, live without.
So, live, live, live and be happy...

ABOUT ME

I'm very eclectic. I enjoy hanging out and also spending time at home, chilling out with friends or watching a movie.
A conversation about life, adventures, politics or any other topic is always appreciated.
I have a full time job but most of my nights are free to show you around and share with you a bit of my culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I spent one year living and studying in Ireland and it was an unforgettable experience. There, I hosted some people using couchsurfing and I was also hosted. I realized that this can be very efficient to make new friends and to learn many things about other cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

Reggae, pop, pop rock, folk, samba, indie, MPB. I love Coldplay, Macklemore, Lana del Rey, Florence and The Machine, The XX, SOJA, Nando Reis, Cassia Eller, Caetano Veloso.

I like movies that make us struggle to understand the meaning, and also that ones that the final is not given directly. Thrillers also appeal to me.

About books, I like all of them, with a preference in science fiction and drama.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not just one thing: sleep one night in the Sahara Desert (the sky is amazing) and a hike in France (Les Calanques de Cassis, Marseille). It was my first time hiking and the landscape was simply perfect. I can't describe the sensation of seeing that and how funny was doing that with my friends without any preparation.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Portuguese and be your guide around the city (if you like so). I would also love to listen to your life experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Experiences, food, companionship.
