Overview
About Me
I'm an active person who loves being outside and feels the urge to move. I even take my running shoes with me on travels, there is no better way to explore a new city! I really enjoy the peace of nature and whenever I find time I'm heading for the next green spot for running, hiking or just reading a book. I also really like cozy cafés to meet with friends, think about life and look at hustling on the street. When at home, I enjoy cooking gardening and hanging on the couch with my cat.
Since there are so many things I like to do next to work, my days are well organized so everything fits in. This also means that I usually get up early (so be warned there will be some rumbling in the morning) but also go to bed around 10pm. So if you want to go partying, you might better look for another couch....
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to see new places and faces, get to know new cultures and kitchens. The idea of having a couch and someone local to meet in literally every place of the of world is amazing!

Music, Movies, and Books
I like different music styles including indie, swing, singersongwriter, jazz, some swiss bands (for those who are interested: Patent Ochsner, Mani Matter, Berner Troubadours).
Concerning movies I usually prefer the independant arthouse productions such as Seven Angry Indian Godesses, The Angle's Share, Waking Ned Devine, Tomorrow, but I also really love some of the older movies like Flashdance, some French movies (Demain, Et si on vivait tous ensemble?, L'auberge espagnole), Nordic movies and series (As it is in Heaven, Borgen) or documentaries.
Books include I wide variety: Tuesdays with Morry, The Book Thief, The Dinner, High Fidelity, Erzähler der Nacht, Das Muschelessen....
