ABOUT ME
I was born in Brazil, even though people think I'm japanese, chinese or korean because of my eyes. But I do speak Portuguese (it's my native language!!!!) , English, can communicate in Spanish quite ok and a little bit of French. Traveling is a very important part of my life. I can say that some of the best experiences in my life I had it while traveling! Just living my life is also what makes me happy.Another thing to say is that what is making me feel really satisfied with my life is doing simple things like watching the sea, the sunset, walking around, eating a piece of good cheese or having a good chat with friends.

All I can say is that all experiences I've had so far were great! All people I met have been so nice and open that made me understand why CS really works, because of people who are really interested in making it a way of meeting more people around the world who have the same or different ways of thinking and acting, making diversity a true value.
CS is a way of crossing barriers that people create. It's a way that makes people be closer to each other, a more humane way of living, which we need in the current world.

Intereses

I can say I kinda like a little bit of everything.
My main interest is living a place. I feel like, when in a different place, try to live every single moment in it, experiencing new senses and making all the moments memorable. That results I love traveling. It`s a whole cultural and specially living experience, a way of knowing a new culture, a new place and new people.
I'm also very interested in sports. Love playing and watching. Volleyball and tennis are my favorite ones, but i also like jogging by the seaside or next to a riverscape. Concerning wintersports, I love skiing, it`s something I did 6 years ago for the first time and I simply loved doing it. Learned it a lot when I worked in USA and started loving it even more!
I like, just like any other person, going out with my friends and family, doing different and also common stuff like going to a restaurant or to a bar or to a disco or to the movies or to the park... Just being able to be close to special people make every moment memorable.
Something that I can say is one of my favorite interests is just sit around and observe the landscape, both the built and the natural, trying to hear the sound of it, as if trying to capture the landscape just by the feelings.

Música, películas y libros

One of my favorite songs is IMAGINE, that takes me to a whole new world, different possibilities we can do, if we just imagine it.
Concerning movies, i like LOST IN TRANSLATION a lot, with Bill Murray. It's a very interesting movie. The way he finds himself immerse in another culture is amazing, just how we feel about life sometimes, just lost. LA VITÀ È BELLA - one of the most amazing movies I've seen. And also BIG FISH which I believe can take anyone to a whole new world just through imagination.
A very good book I`ve read is O CONTO DA ILHA DESCONHECIDA (Jose Saramago) which says the only thing you need to travel is to exist, you don`t have to necessarily travel in different spaces but inside your own head... Just a matter of dreaming and visualizing it. Other favorite writers: CALVINO, MURAKAMI, KUNDERA...

Algo increíble que he hecho

Watched the sunset in the ocean. I had never thought about that, but in Brazil, we don`t have a sunset in the ocean, only in the countryside. It was just so amazing the first time I saw it. The sun, the half-sun and the no sun.
The sound of the small pebbles on the seacost when the wave comes and goes. It's a very pleasant sound, almost as a natural musical instrument (the wave and the pebbles).

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Well I can teach skiing (done that for 3 winter seasons) - but that would be hard in the summer or in a city...
well i can talk a little bit about architecture and urbanism... or if you need a hand when making a project of a house, you can ask me!
and i can also teach some portuguese...

wanna learn about languages, local dances and local food (local culture in general) and any other thing you can teach me!
