I love travel and have a profound desire to this in a way of sharing space and good energy:) I am currently planning to go to beautiful Sedona, AZ for an AMAZING past life regression training workshop. This is the mission of my heart right now!

I've traveled quite a bit along the east coast and was graced with many warm, safe couches to rest my head.

These days I make medicine pouches often- a few stores in Taos, NM and Austin, TX carry some. They are my most prominent creative passion at this time in my life. I also LOVE cooking, reading, dancing, singing, dreaming, giving, receiving, loving, laughing and learning. Amongst other things:)

Music, Movies, and Books

The Fountain, Baraka, Science of Sleep, The Beach. I don't watch movies much but when I do I get into a lot of foreign films with inspiring plots and great cinematography.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While traveling I have been graced to encounter 2 world recognized Shamans! One in the Native American practices, the other from the Kogi Indians from Columbia.
