Hey everyone,
I am a young women who loves traveling and meeting other people. After Highschool, which I did in Germany, I worked a year in London. This great experience got me really excited about different countries/language/ cultures! Therefore, I went to the Netherlands to study there. Now I'm about to start my exchange semester in Canada. In general, I'm a very open minded person who thinks that one can learn most from people who a different from you. Furthermore, I love to do sports (triathlon and vaulting) and play music (I play the Cello). I love to meet and be around people.

Unfortunately, I need to give the possibly two most typical answers but I think both have a lot of truth in them. First of all, I think it's a different story to stay with a local in a city than just visiting a city on your own. It gives you the opportunity to get to know the little places which not every tourist knows and which show the character of a city much more than the typical sights! Second, I'm excited to meet peole from different cultures and I think couchsurfing offers a great opportunity for exchange.
