ABOUT ME

I am very social and enjoy making friends. I have traveled to many countries, primarily England, where my mother was born, and India, where I work with the poor widows, orphans, and lepers. I also travel to Thailand where my daughter and her family life and to Hong Kong where my son and his family live.
I really enjoy meeting people and learning about other cultures. Couchsurfing ing is an awesome way to connect with others.
I have worked with adults with developmental disabilities for 28 years and am a foster mom. I love being a mom so when my birth children moved out it was natural to fill their rooms.
I look forward to hosting guests and am quite hospitable. If it works in my schedule I would enjoy touring with you around the area and would look forward to becoming friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a few guest and its been good. I live in the beautiful Black Hills and am near Mt Rushmore. We are a great travel destination and I would love to offer a place to stay. I work full time during the week so if you arrive during a work day at the bus stop I wont be able to help. Weekends work best for me, but week day is OK of you come after I am off work and if you plan early departure in the morning. I prefer no guest in my home during the week day when I'm not here.

Travel and seeing new places, taking care of those less fortunate. Where i live I am able to go camping (in my awesome vintage motorhome) I like kayaking hiking and exploring.

The most amazing that I have done is to start a non profit organization that is making a huge impact on people and is saving lives through nutrition, medicine and clean water.
