Who are we ? A small group of 5, 22 year old girls, Nina Marchand, Sorcha Field, Clementine Lecointe, Marion-Lou Hamelin and Orianne Rey. From Burgundy, Franche-Comté and Auvergne we love adventure, spring, summer, cheese (ESPECIALLY cheese), humor (aswell), but also and especially, photography, drawing, cinema and literature. In fact, artistic creation is kind of what brought us together, we love art, but we especially love, art and adventure, art and life, art and people.

10 000, it is the amount of kilometers we have planned to travel, at least 10 000 possibilities to meet, discover, share, exchange but also and above all 10 000 chances to get lost (get in contact with good old Bouvier for more information).

We plan to cross North America in a car (we had to explain for ages to Orianne that it wouldn't be possible on bicycles) and sleep in people’s gardens. From May 20th to June 28th 2017, we will be on the road, armed with our cameras, notebooks, pens and caps (reds with white dots, Marion's favorite). The goal ? To immerse ourselves into this culture and invest ourselves in artistic approaches, photos, films, sounds, texts, drawings ... through everything that will rhythm our daily encounters but also the space that surround them and of course the exchange that we will have with them. We see it as a social, cultural and artistic adventure. At our return, to valorise this whole experience, our five different visions that will complement each other will be revealed in an exhibition and / or edition.
