About Me

Hi, all !
I'm from South Korea. I would love to be connected with people all over the world with no stereotypes. I'm aiming for traveling to different and unknown places in this year. Back in Korea, I would continue pursing my last college year and going for master degree in International Development in somewhere(?) in the world....who knows.... So anyone interested, please help me out to do my journey ! I 'd love to part of your beautiful memory .

I have no magical skills to bring you my home country, but I have two hands enabling to make you good Korean foods.. or whatever Asian food :) sometimes self-created food haha

I have lived in Shanghai while going to local schools for 3 years when I was young ( I can not remember how old I was) Anyway, then had my exchange year in the States for one year, and now I'm in Japan! I love Asia and being an "Asian" :) haha

I LOVE South Korea, but I have dreamed of immigrating to better world wherever accepts who I am and what I have. So how good is living in your country ? Or how bad is that? Tell me all about it !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My house has small couch where I always love to sit down and read books, surfing internets and talking to my mom. I have tons of memories of nights with cozy and fluffy couches.

Whatever the looks are, I would love to share couches and talk to different people welcoming me. Imagine different couches in the world how epic it sounds !!hehe

Interests

I'm a huge Youtube subscriber, currently following many Youtubers on different topics. My favorite ones are "Eat your Kimchi" and " Asian Boss", featuring different cultural parts we didn't usually put into words.

I m a member of NGO called "Liberty in North Korea", I really like hearing about North Korean stories (even though it scares me a lot) . I not a fan of "kimJeoungeun' Neither a supporter of North Korea, but I support their needs to get aids from outside and feed local people.

Also I m writing and editing my personal blog in my native language . Learning languages exploring different cultures, snacking in the middle nights, craving for better desserts while eating desserts ..are all my interests and love.

Anyone loves desserts ?

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have my favorite music cause my music tracks are mostly on shuffle and I just pick the songs which make me feel better on the very day...and strangely I like songs performed by 'non artists' .I believe every sounds can be music but my alarms I set at 7 am morning...umm.. I used to like Indian movies a lot, I love movies make me think and write some thoughts on those... The worst for me is something just for entertaining...Oh I love Disney movies !!

I m reading philosophical books wrote by 'mind experts'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have spent my gap year before going college in library. For a year, I didn't contact to anyone but my family. I thought I would die of depression but I survived and happily accepted to college with 4 years full scholarships.

I did live with spending $100 for one month while attending uni and paying for everything I need lol

on January,2016, before departure to Japan, for one month, I read 28 books and 30 movies out of whim ...it helped me a lot to be fast reader slightly !:)
