Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a big fan of music in general, my favorite genre is global ambient electronic music. I read lots of books, articles, writings on philosophy, spirituality, sociology... I am mostly interested in reading for personal development though some sci-fi novels have really peaked my interest throughout my life- Aldous Huxley's Island anyone?!?! Sooo good!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I teach a free community yoga class at the neighborhood library. The class is offered weekly and I have been teaching for 8 years. It has added so much value to me and my community really enjoys it.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga, conduct reiki, I'm big into meditation, I love to be outdoors, I'm a bike advocate and I can teach you how to tuneup you cycle. I'm a geospatial scientist, activist, health and wellness guide and artist through and through. I'm not much of an expert in most of these things but I am learning and can and will share what I know.
