Having a witness to your pain has an incredible healing effect. Alone time for me is essential to my well being. I have learned that when we can be alone and enjoy our own company, we can be with others without using them as a means of distraction.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have never hosted guests but I do enjoy meeting up with new people when they are in town to show them what I love about Encinitas. A plus if you are a foodie, adventurous and embrace spirituality.

Don't tie your happiness to people and objects as it will always be fleeting. Instead tie your happiness to your connection to yourself, to source and to nature.
