About Me
The Mission
To explore the many facets of existence, different shapes, various patterns, emerging, colliding, and evolving which produce the multiverse of experience on offer.
To seek out inspiration, insight, and lessons and use them so as to increase positivity and usefulness in myself and all things. To struggle for wisdom.
ABOUT ME
Everything is big. There's a lot to it! As a result, I have followed a number of interests in my path through the world! Usually, though these endeavours have involved a mix of technicality and creativity.
From Drama, to Design, to Psychology and Hypnotherapy, to Beer and Brewing (my current main thing)
Primarily I consider the nature of existence. I can hardly help it, but if I could I probably wouldn't stop doing it, despite advice from others that it can be done too much.
I have this desire to do everything all at once, which sometimes results in periods of me being unable to do anything at all! Ironic that but I love the world, I experience beauty, I strive to spread positivity and nurture it and create my little expressions. I often am privileged to receive some big ideas, very often, I do not see ways to realise them immediately but I would like to think that as I learn and grow and build my own world I will be able to provide things to better many other lives.
It is one thing to think about things but another to see, to do. All are important, I believe and balance is key. Show me what I think, by doing what you do. Let me see!
PHILOSOPHY
I have the belief that all that exists is essentially one thing. Not even a thing, it is one. This is not a belief in any way unique to me, I am aware of this but it is a conclusion I came to of my own accord before I was exposed to such ideas explicitly as far as I can tell. Crucially, all-that-is exists within a paradoxical state where 'nothing' is equivalent to 'everything'. An infinite state which cannot be limited due to the fact that there is no way of distinguishing any seperate part which could be responsible for the limiting.
From this I conclude that there is no objective 'purpose' or 'reason' because the explanation for existence is inevitability. So there can be no 'wrong' way of doing existence because it is a journey, an exploration. Whatever we do is a representation of this journeying but as conscious entities we matter as much as all existence matters. We are the one, experiencing ourselves from infinite angles. What we sense, the universe senses. There are difficulties to this paradigm but the truth is beautiful and we can choose to observe that beauty as we desire. Challenges or negative situations often lead to the most insightful outcomes and as I continue I would like to always remember that beauty, the love there is, to add to it my own vibrations and enhance the experience of those like me, which is all others, for eventually, we are the same.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would say that my main participation would be helpfulness in the psychological and on towards spiritual sense. I spend much of my time understanding my own psyche / spirit (or attempting to) and opening my heart and mind to others in an attempt to accept all ways of being without judgement.
Having studied Psychology at degree level and am now doing a course in Hypnotherapy, I hope to be a figure of usefulness and help for others, I would like to think that as each day goes by, my presence becomes of more positive benefit to those around me.
Specifically, something I do currently is suggest alternative ways of seeing things to others, ways which involve no judgement and are conducive to increased positivity.
I also make little bits of what I would call art. I plan to create music to, but I'm getting on with that project slowly so far!

Music, Movies, and Books
Musically, whilst I enjoy lots and lots of music including much acoustic, I particularly enjoy electronic music, although not generic dance but rather music with electronic timbres involved. I went through a long phase of loving Psytrance, and I still do but I have moved now towards having a special interest in electronical reggae such as Pupajim and other artists who create under the 'Jahtari' label.
From experimental noise to melodic folk though, I can really enjoy all genres. Music influences are something I particularly enjoy sharing.
