ABOUT ME

Location independent freelance programmer. I live in the places I enjoy the most - most recently New Zealand and Thailand.

Took off from corporate America to travel the world. Since then, I've been around NZ / Aust / SE Asia, and looking to make it further soon! I enjoy hiking/backpacking/tramping and paragliding, though eating is probably my favorite activity!

* Climbed the most dangerous mountain in New Zealand
* Survived a government revolution
* Lived for a decade in the 2nd poorest country in the world
* Narrowly escaped this plane crash on the way to Mount Everest base camp
* I paraglide :D
* Ate BBQ'ed dog (chewy but tasty!)
* Saw the northern lights... from a plane!
* Played a trumpet solo in front of thousands of people
* Flew a sailplane and escaped the surly bonds of earth
