CURRENT MISSION
Meet new people, give and receive - see more of the world
ABOUT ME
I'm a woman in my 60's and think of my self as an ex-hippy with a trace of punk. I enjoy meeting new people and learning new things, from young and old alike.
In June/July 2013 I completed a 800 mile big cycling adventure. From Lands End along the south coast to Rye, then turn north towards Norwich. I caught the train back from Norwich to Leeds on 29 July. I enjoyed a number of couch surfing experiences on my route.
PHILOSOPHY
It's for living and sharing. Say yes whenever you can
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to share and meet new people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted several people since joining Couchsurfers. I provide a comfortable place to stay and a warm welcome. Everyone I've met has been interesting.
On my cycling trip I couched surfed 6 times - all very good and contributed to the overall enjoyment of my trip.
Interests
Cycling, walking, meeting new people, pottering in my garden, attempting to grow my own food - which involves an on-going war with slugs and snails.
