About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Share the love of traveling and new experiences!
ABOUT ME
I have a full time job in my hometown and try to make new opportunities to travel as often as I can!
PHILOSOPHY
I feel like these are my most recurring thoughts these days:
Where I am going and where I have been. What is next and what I have already accomplished. How I can help others. What I have lost in my life and what I have to gain. I have been known to be a bit uptight and looking forward to letting myself go and understanding myself and others around me better through compassion and life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have hosted several times and welcomed great people into my home. I am looking forward to surfing in the future!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Great experiences hosting, as travelers and specifically CouchSurfers seem to have the same wandering attitude about life that I do.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies, usually comedy and romantic, but I like others as well. My favorites are The Big Lebowski, The Boondock Saints, In Her Shoes, Drop Dead Fred, Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, Darjeeling Limited. I love music even more than I love movies! Lately I have been listening to a lot of Band of Horses, The Shins, The National, Innerpartysystem, MGMT, City and Colour, Shiny Toy Guns, the Mars Volta, 3OH3!, Phoenix, Minus the Bear, and of course The Cure! I don't read as much as I would like to, but David Sedaris is my all-time favorite author.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I just completed my journey, driving down the West coast of India in a shitty auto rickshaw. That was too amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am good with helping people with the interior of their home. I can read directions and put things together. I can usually make people laugh, although I can be quite shy at first. I (think) I have some amazing stories to share, and I would love to hear about yours as well :)
I am looking to learn something new about people around the world. Like I said, I feel that I have something to learn about myself from others because we are all connected in some way. I would love to learn Spanish and German better, and random words in other languages as well! I can teach English in return.
