Something about me ..
CURRENT MISSION
Establish my language school and run lingo-educational trips, eventually find a place i can call home to settle down. Life is a continuous exploration journey.
My company's URL: https://lingobridge.net
I have traveled a lot in the past and met my partner in North West China in July 2012, then we separated as he continued to travel in Central Asia while I continued to go around China. We missed each other till we decide to travel together, thereby we met again in Georgia in October. We then got married.. but at times, we travel alone respectively. Now we settled down in Singapore / Malaysia.
I kind of
enjoy cooking
enjoy interacting with local people
loves nature
I like people and enjoy knowing more about human nature and humanity. Being brought up in a multiracial country like Malaysia, I consider myself a simple and open-minded person who can accept a variety of views. We value individual difference that shines in our beautiful world.
I always look for a sense of meaning of my life. We hope at least, we are part of those who make the world a better place. We believe a good heart is contagious, even as little as a caring smile can make people around us feel better.
PHILOSOPHY
experience the hardship of life to praise life's toughness, no pain no gain
Great things I have done so far: -
1. Despite all the doubts if my partner and I could get along or not (as we only knew each other for few weeks), we decided to travel together, and we go through all the obstacles in our journey. We spend good time and bad time together and it strengthens our understanding towards each other.
Life has come out a better sense of meaning when you have your loved ones. People come in and out frequently in your life, when you meet someone special, seize him/her, don't let them become the passer-by in your life.
2. some overland trips - from South East Asia to China
experienced the primitive lifestyles, stayed with the locals.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Culture exchange, to exchange thoughts and point of view, to make friends, to learn the lifestyles led by each other. I am keen to know more about you and your country!
It has been really great doing couchsurfing. i met hosts who are really helpful and they shared that in the past when they travelled, they had been hosted by people so now it is time for them to make a returns. I really like the idea of couchsurfing and I wish one day when I go back to my country, I can host others. For traveller, it is always good to interact with locals more.
