What I Can Share with Hosts

I am living with 2 more greek people and I can offer our living room which has 2 sofas and our wc/shower/kitchen with all utilities. Our flat is very spacious ( 90m2 ) and I get many requests per day so please read the rules before applying to save time for me and for you :-)

1) No guests allowed if none of us is in the house ( i work full time 9-6 and my flatmates work 5 random days per week and have 2 days off that can be weekdays and not weekend)

2) no smoking, pets,kids

3) no more than 2 people

and basically that's it, we're quite easy going people enjoying our life!
