ABOUT ME

I want to meet people in Copenhagen! If you are new here or traveling and want to have a friend, leave me a message! We can go for coffee and city-seeing. I am eager to meet you :)

Yes I'm from Texas, but AUSTIN Texas is a liberal and wacky city. I have lived my whole life there and loved it. I come from a nice family, with one older sister and two loving parents. I have always been athletic, first as a gymnast and then I began dancing as a teenager. I like to swim, and love to bike. I never want to own a car. I find European cities refreshing and functional and want to make the passageway into calling Europe my home...eventually. I am currently traveling, having just finished my studies in July. I stayed in London for two weeks in a friend's flat and took dance classes. I was in Amsterdam for nearly a month taking classes also, living with a Spaniard and an Australian. Now I am in Copenhagen where my boyfriend of almost 3 years lives. I will call this my "home base" until I go back to Austin in Novemeber. However, I want to continue traveling around, finding auditions and interesting dance festivals around Northern Europe.

God made dirt and dirt don't hurt...also:

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am a beginner in this community. I am traveling and cannot offer a couch for the time, but when I return in NOvemeber to Austin, I will offer a place for sure.

I DID offer a floor to a couch surfer, Evan, who I met in Amsterdam. He inspired me to officially join this community. I liked contributing positive energy to this organization, helping a fellow traveler in need of a warm couch (floor) to sleep on.

Jumped on a trampoline on top of a mountain in Tirol, Austria. I felt I was on top of the world. Then I drank hot chocolate with a fat, adorable St. Bernard dog.

Hans Christian Andersen's story of The Little Mermaid (not the Disney version) is the most depressing and confusing tale of all time. He began to write this story a day after the love of his life (a man) married a woman. He was sexually distraught, and thus the sexless mermaid heroine emerged.

I want someone to REALLY explain to me the problems in the Middle East. I have little patience when watching the news and trying to understand all the layers of the war crisis. Someone, explain to me in simple and enjoyable terms!
