I moved to Victoria 3 years ago and have fallen in love with this city and Vancouver island. I’m an avid scuba diver, swimmer and paddle boarder. Other interests include biking, hiking, camping and many other ‘-ing’s’

Generally anything I can dance to! Latest hits, late 90s/early 2000s, or latin music which reminds me of holidays

Can’t go wrong with Wes Anderson or Quentin Torentino. Documentaries are not boring to me :)

BOOKS
Generally a non-fiction reader. Favourite book of all time is ‘Defining Decade’ which inspires me to travel and make the most of every day!

I used to have a very broad set of hobbies so I’ve probably tried at least most things. In Victoria, I’m still tying to narrow my recreational interests to scuba diving, paddle boarding, camping or all three! On nice days, I like to take it easy in the sun with my dog Bailey.

The human psychology has recently intrigued me given my lived experience of mental health episodes. Would love to learn about other’s perspectives and personal experiences
