We have private room with mattress and private washroom for the guest.
Free Wifi and big kitchen.

Guests shall also be clean, no smoking, no drugs, no pets.

I keep my place and beds super clean, so I expect you do so too. Guests must take showers and wash hair before going to sleep. They shall collect their fallen hair, and don't mess up on the washbasin table.
