Yoga, wine, cooking, nutrition, animals and insects, inclusive feminism, plants, swimming, books, dreams and visions, strange and unusual films, scary stories, counterculture, art galleries, and of course: Learning. Always learning. If you cease to learn, you cease to live. I do have a deep appreciation and affinity for things of the occult. I will talk to anyone and everyone about the many great mysteries of this universe and others.

Movies: Spirited Away, Harold and Maude, Repulsion, Gummo, Pierrot le Fou, Shortbus, Y Tu Mama Tambien, and The Fountain are some all-time favorites. Dario Argento, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, David Lynch.... I LOVE horror films and sci-fi! I also like anime, especially Cowboy Beebop.

Books and Authors: Asterios Polyp, Akira, Habibi, The Ghost in the Shell, Body World, and always and forever Calvin and Hobbes. The Golden Compass, American Gods, War of the Worlds... Murakami, Octavia Butler, Pablo Neruda, Junot Diaz, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, David Sedaris, HP Lovecraft, David Foster Wallace.

Music: The Knife, Elvis Depressedly, Sharon VanEtten, dreamy electronic sounds, Jamaican Soul and Reggae. Lots of Pop music. Backpack rap. Singer-songwriter stuff. RnB! Motown, Frank Ocean. Rock n roll music with good vocals. Stoner metal in certain moods. I'll try anything once!
