Overview
About Me
When I meet a person for the first time, I always describe myself in 3 adjectives: adventurous, positive and clumsy. They may sound like 3 simple words; however, they are so much for me because I could have chosen out of ten thousands and hundred thousands of words, but these are the 3 I’ve chosen. Doesn’t this say a lot about me? Yes and no. It draws an outskirt of the person I am: it gives you the opportunity to speculate about me, about my personality. It makes you curious to dive into my ocean because you can see my waves but not what causes them. You don’t see the colorful reefs, the diversity of life and all of the hidden treasures, and I don’t see yours.
But I can get to know your waves. Are you a big and turbulent wave, are you a very small wave or are you more than just one wave?
How would you describe yourself in 3 words and would you let me dive into your ocean full of life?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I say I want to travel I don’t mean I want to stay at resorts and go on tours with tour guides or buy key chains from souvenir shops. I don’t want to be a tourist. When I say I want to travel I mean I want to explore another country and become part of it. I want to discover small coffee shops in Italy, France and the Netherlands. I want to walk on beaches in Australia and explore the book stores in England. I want to hike the Great Wall of China and go cliff diving in Hawaii. I want to meet people who are not like me, but people who I can like all the same. I want to take pictures of things, places and people I met. I want my mind to be in constant of life on earth. I want to see things with new eyes. I want to look at a map and be able to remember how I was transformed by the places I’ve been to, the things I’ve seen and the people I’ve met. I want to come home and realize that I have not come home whole but have left a piece of my heart in each place I have been to. This, I think is what is at the heart of adventure and this is the life I want to live each day and I think you too. That’s why I am on Couchsurfing.
Interests
My interests are very diverse. Generally, I am very open-minded- you could propose me almost anything and I would be in. I am simply so thirsty to live adventures and to get to know to people and learn to love them all the same.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
Have you ever read a book and you felt like you were constantly a part of it? Have you ever felt like the book you’re reading is an interaction between you and the author, that the author leaves questions open for you? Have you ever felt like you’re the author of a book in your mindset?
Yes? Then you’ll know which kind of books I love. I simply love books that I can dive into and really be a part of. I don’t want the book to give me answers, but questions. Deep questions, so I can think about them and find solutions. I want my senses to be awakened and I want to be able to use all my colors of creativity in order to answer a book. I don’t simply want to read a book. I want it to be my own interpretation, and give every single book a touch of myself, so that I can talk about books and share my stories of books and listen to other stories. This is what can make a book so unique- the art of writing a story without telling it.
Music:
I love it loud and quiet, fast and slow, funny and emotional. My mood decides about my music and it can be any color of the rainbow.
Films:
Somehow I tend to adore emotional films that are dealing with very profound feelings, that make me feel something as well.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
June/July 2018: I’ve had my first solo travel with 16 years of age traveling to Ecuador to dive into a completely strange world that I loved more each day.
I did volunteering there with wonderful children who have seen me as a mother and a friend. They all went through unbelievable situations and could still smile. They could laugh, dance, sing. and be happy. I couldn’t understand why they were seeing me as a role model, why they were believing that I was the strong one amongst them, when it was them the whole time. They were giving me hope. They were giving me love and happiness, which I have reflected in my environment. They are my shining role models and I’ll always remember every single one of them as very bright shining lights in this universe.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don’t like the word teach, I’d rather call it “to share one’s knowledge”. I love to learn and share my knowledge, but most importantly I want to learn something new each day. I want to learn new things, so that I can improve my way of living. I want to be in a constant balance with earth and therefore I want to learn about different traditions, cultures and countries. But I also want you to learn from me, or at least, I want you to think about the words we exchange.
Let us learn by doing, by gaining experiences, by making faults. This is something I seek for and this thought is causing me to live my life in full strains. It gives me the opportunity to have crazy, lovely und unbelievably happy experiences.
What is your philosophy of living a happy life? I want to get to know to your thoughts and learn from them. Let’s learn from each other and improve together.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my stories, my experiences and adventures as a young girl. But I can also be a friend and share my happiness with you. We can talk and talk, philosophise about the wildest questions, explore the most hidden places and live together. I would not say that only I am sharing something, but you are too because we both share a part of ourselves by sharing each other’s lives time. At the end, we both get something back, namely memories and great experiences that we can hopefully very soon share with others.
