About Me
NOW IN LOS ÁNGELES (CALIFORNIA)
The first thing that you should know is that I always take the camera with me. It is important to be prepared for whatever could happen as I learned during my photography lessons in Poland. I'm good at portraits and reportage photography in general, that's why I love traveling. I feel that if I travel with that purpose, everything is worth it.
I'm a hairdressing enthusiast, I used to cut and dye my friends’ hair. I'm a bit crazy about it and I like to change my hair color almost monthly, like the main character of the film “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind”. People in my hometown are used to it, but it could be quite shocking to someone else to see the pictures on my profile.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling; it is my passion. When I was living in Poland I had the opportunity to travel a lot. My sister was living in Berlin and I was able to visit many times. Traveling from Warsaw is really cheap so I visited some other countries: Italy, France, Austria, Belgium, UK, Slovakia... My dream was to visit the United States and I made it happen last year. Now I want to come back and work abroad. The way of life there is really different from what I'm used to but I love it.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm addicted to cinema and music. My favourite film directors are Wes Anderson, Coen Brothers, Quentin Tarantino and Tim Burton. Regarding music, apart from listening a lot of OST, I like David Bowie, Johnny Cash, Elvis, Stray Cats, The Avett Brothers, Imelda May, Brenda Lee... My taste is a bit old school but I usually go to a lot of concerts If I have the chance. For me, it is important to support local music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've organized a huge event twice in my hometown called Siberia Rock Festival, so I'm really well organized and have good social skills too.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My younger sister is a professional cook. I’ve learned a lot of great recipes from her. Most of them are Italian or Spanish style rice and pasta. I really like to cook for a lot of people and try new recipes from other countries. Even though, I'm open to learn other skills such as gardening, bar tending, farming or whatever else comes my way!
