I have a great profile with excellent reviews on TrustedHouseSitters and was told to also join Couch surfing. I am married but currently traveling solo in Netherlands and it gets a bit lonely. Love to meet and hang out with like minded people and get to know different cultures and make new diverse friends.

Movies: A good documentary, thriller, stories based on true events, romcoms, sci-fi, adventure, dramas… I just don’t do horrors!

Non fiction books mostly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done so many amazing things as I really enjoy living life and experiencing new adventures. From running and getting silver medals for half marathons, to ballroom dancing, winning silver for opera singing, being part of a band, raising 2 amazing children (now adults) to sleeping in a tent in the Botswana bush together with the lions and scorpions under millions of stars. That is just to name a few… together with the under sea walk I did in Mauritius or riding a horse during full moon at midnight then swimming with it at sunrise… Going on the sky ride on top of the Sky hotel in Cape Town, bridge swining, climbing the Galtees in Ireland, or going on the longest roller coaster ride in Spain.

I am a qualified TEFL teacher although it is not my job… I can always help with English teaching.

I love cooking and have done alot of house and pet sitting over the years. So can walk a dog if need to.

Also love cooking! (oh I said that already right ☺️)
