ABOUT ME

Hi,I am Yuxuan (sounds like ü-schwen).I born in Tianjin which is a metropolis close to Beijing(30min by high-speed rail to Beijing) and is one of the five national central cities in China. I finished my bachelor as a major of "Food science and engneering" in Beijing,spent one and a half years in Uni Karlsruhe and finished my Master degree in Uni Hohenheim.Now I start as a PhD student continue with precision farming.

PHILOSOPHY

One day can be just like the other unless we do something to make it different.Life is a story book of which every day is a new page.I want to create a wonderful story book of my own.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Because of a good friend Olga, she introduced me how CS works and we surfed couches together before.

Interests

-travelling,cooking,baking and take photos with my card camera.

-Make scrapbook after travelling or some other events.

-Read books(most are chinese books),chat with friends and play board games (although I am not good at playing them，don't care about win and lose, just enjoy playing it.)

Music, Movies, and Books

Well,the movie "the memory keeper's daughter" impressed me a lot. Hayao Miyazaki's movies.Ang Lee's movies...Actually all kinds of movies except the horible ones.(story about the ghost...I can imagine much more than that...and it bothers myself for a long long time)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

People are amazing, some of them are strong in deep heart who can encourage me to head forward and be strong in mind. Some of them are soft in heart who can warm me and make me enjoy life, be grateful and warm others.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like sewing，cutting hair(for me and for friends),cooking,Yoga and Taiji.

I want to learn how to make all kinds of coffee,baking in a professional way,learn German,English and Japanese.(sometimes I am lazy...)

Now I am learning swim:)
