Living life one blessed day at a time in Chicago! I'm a student of medical anthropology at the University of Chicago. If we meet, I'll probably ask you about medicine in your country. I'm bad at making myself fit into small boxes on the internet, so I guess we'll have to meet and talk!

PHILOSOPHY

Be present in each moment, listen well and don't rush. Breathe. Love the force which compels our steps. Make time for the sun and moon. Speak quietly and carry a big smile.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have gone to many couch surfing meet ups. I haven't surfed much, or hosted, but I plan to get to that very soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One of my best friends was made through a couchsurfing meet up. I've gotten the best advice on cities (Beijing, Bangkok, Tokyo) from CSers and have found places I never would have found. In the future, I plan to surf and host more, once I get a place of my own.

Interests

Anthropology, traditional medicine, travel, Chinese, Asia, zen meditation, farming, taking long walks, cycling, spending time with my siblings, learning, reading, writing, cooking, being a student!
