About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I WANT TO BREAK FREE!...
ABOUT ME
I like traveling. I have not been to too many places yet, but I've been in and out Mainland China few times and loving every moment of it! I am a pHD student in chemical engineering, but I promise you I am more than just a nerd. I love spending time outside, but ironically my work requires me to stay indoors most of the time, and it doesn't help working in a place which is just right next to a sea with the most awesome view!
PHILOSOPHY
Open minded!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I show my friends around when they're in Hong Kong, you're most welcomed to meet up with me, or join me on my hikes :). If unfortunately I am too busy, you can drop me questions on my inbox on where to visit in Hong Kong! I don't only suggest things you can do inside the city, but I can suggest a lot of outdoor activities you can do here in HK and you will be surprised!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first couch surfing experience was with Ivy and Ryan Flanders in Minneapoils! At that time I was a poor student traveling to the US for the first time to attend a conference. The idea of couch surfing extends beyond having a place to bunk in, it's a great way to meet people.
Interests
Music, learning a new language and culture, sports and outdoor activities! I like food, and going around trying out new food is one of my favorite past times!I love hiking...Would you believe me if I tell you a mega-city like HK has 40% of its area covered by country parks?...I also enjoy kayaking and sailing, currently I am trying to achieve my 80 hours target in sailing to advance to the next level. Maybe I will try to do some surfing and rock climbing in winter :P.
