About Me
I am... a book nerd, a Harry Potter know-it-all, a Vegetarian, Feminist, the one who talks to much and all the time, the one who loves cooking and baking, thinks swimming and pilates are the best sports ever and also the one who's not doing these two things often enough.
I've been involved with acting and theatre more or less ... all my life! I love it!
I like hanging out with some really good friends in a pub more than paying high prices for clubs where they don't play good music (don't even ask what I think good music is, there's no answer to that). Still I like dancing!
I study Anthropology and African Studies at the University of Cologne, my flat is - lucky me! - only ten minutes walk from campus, so I can sleep in! I don't like getting up early, but going to bed late - No Problems at all!
I spend 7 months in Tanzania in 2013/14, that's how I came up with my two subjects and that's why I speak Kiswahili.
Anything else? Oh yeah! Except for the Vegetarian I have no allergies to nothing and - best thing is about to come - I don't snore!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am a student, so my budget for traveling is small, smaller, the smallest! Traveling low budget AND getting to know the local people is the best thing combined in Couchsurfing. And since I have a small flat (yes, it's only one room, but it works!) of my own and also a couch very much of my own I don't see a reason not to offer people just like me a place for sleeping, some local knowledge and maybe a new friend. Though I have to say I prefer hosting females or a mixed group. ;)
Interests
What is there more to say? I think most things speak for themselves. Ok, well! About the discussions, I really like talking about political or social issues but NOT all the time, so don't be afraid! ;) And I will also not try to convert you to be vegetarian or vegan!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books - Definitely not countable!
Music - Florence and the Machines, I absolutly love the Soundtrack of 'Guardians of the Galaxy', music that makes me feel good no matter which genre, it makes me wanna dance!
Movies - Also not an easy one... How about series? I like 'Transparent' from amazon, 'Orange is the new Black', the movie 'Frida' about Frida Kahlo, The Great Gatsby, Terminal, Cast away and Forrest Gump (yeah, it's all about Tom Hanks), Guardians of the Galaxy, Brokeback Mountain, Nell, and I kinda started watching documentaries. There is some really good stuff out there like 'Virunga'.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I fell and I got back on my feet.
Teach, Learn, Share
Ehm... I don't know! Have a look at my interests, see if you find something and ask! I will do the exact same thing!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Stories! I like telling stories, my own, those of my family, of friends, or crazy Germans!
Cooking or Baking, whichever you like more!
And I guess some more things I really don't remember at 3 in the morning.
