I am an old soul in a young person's body, however I can be in awe of everything, just like a 5-year-old.

I value connecting with people, because people can be great. They can challenge each other's ideas and support each other.

I have not been able to host yet, however once I live in a space longer than 6 months I will work to repay the kindness of others by becoming a CS host myself

Intereses

I am interested in social dance such as Swing, Blues, Salsa, Line Dancing, Waltz, and Polka however I dance mostly Swing. Dancing Swing is remarkable with a live band who is improvising, because not only am I having a conversation with my dance partner, but also the band!

I enjoy hiking and backpacking - pretty typically outdoorsy stuff.

I play viola (which means I can pretend to play the violin). I am classically trained, however have become more interested in learning fiddle, blues, and improvisational music.

I am also interested in being engaged in my community - volunteering at local community gardens and literacy councils.

I am enjoy stretching and meditation - it has taught me to breathe in stressful situations. And stretching is just really good for you.
