About Me
Always be yourself, unless you can be an unicorn. Than always be an unicorn!
Hallo, hello, Kia ora :)
my name is Lena and I'm traveling around New Zealand, at the moment.
I finished my apprenticship in August '14 so it is time to take a brake now and enjoy the life with meeting new interesting and openminded people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think it is a perfect way to meet new interesting and openminded characters and live a life like locals do. I don't want to see only the touristic things, even the small streets and places only lokals know are often soo beautiful.
Interests
At the moment I'm very interested in discovering New Zealand;).
I like all the outdooractivities like hiking, kayaking, surfing (have to practice it!!!), jogging, playing teamgames...
At the other side I also enjoy spending time in a park or laying on the beach.
I love to eat!!! so cooking with friends and trying new things is a lot of fun:)! I like to go in little restaurants and cafes, too!
At rainy days baking cakes or cookies, having a cup of tea or coffee and reading a book or playing a game sounds good, huh?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I visited Cape Reinga in the middle of November. When I stood at the top of the hill and saw the Tasmansee and the Pacific meeting together, I had this special feeling. I can't describe it. Everything felt like beeing perfect and I was just happy, you know?!
