Hi fellow Couchsurfers :)

I´m so excited to meat some of you in Munich or during my travels. I was born and raised in New York. I moved to Germany in 2012 with my family and have to say that after a bit if a rough start I totally fell in love with this beautiful city.
I graduated last year and will start my studies in October. I took the year of to do voluntary work in Ghana, work and find out what I want to do with my life ( no small task as many of you probably know)
I love experiencing new things, meeting new people and having spontaneous adventures ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it´s a great way to meat new people and get to know one´s own city through a stranger´s eyes as well as getting local tips in new places.
Me and my friend want to travel through Europe before the semester starts and it´s a great way to get around with little money ( as students money is difficult to come by) and get insider tips in cities instead of the typical tourist attractions.

Interests

I love to dance, wether in a club or with friends anywhere and anytime.
Since I grew up in the suburbs with a forest basically in my backyard, being able to go outside and take a walk is something I need to relax and think. (Luckily, Munich has a lot of beautiful parks)
I´m interested in different cultures and world views by either getting to know people from different places or traveling to these destinations.

Hard question to answer ;)

I like all kind of music, but classics for me will always be The Beatles, Jackson 5, The Police, Masta Ace, Jay Z, Dr Dre, Eminem, Chris Brown, Beyonce, Nicky Jam, Daddy Yankee, Ludovico Einaudi, the list goes on
Same goes for movies. Sample: Rush Hour, Love Actually, Skyfall, Iron Man,……
And books….: Bel Canto, The Hunger Games, Harry Potter, The Fault in our Stars, The Hobbit, Every Day, Steppenwolf, etc
