I would describe myself as a creative, communicative and polite person. I try to go through life with an optimistic attitude, an open mind and a smile on my face. :) I am interested in so many things and I am curious about new experiences.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My sister told me about her travels via CS and how much she enjoyed the experiences. I think it is a great concept and so I decided to try it, too! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love making music on my own or with friends but I also love listening to good music (mostly indie, acoustic, folk or jazz). Musicians I like: Ed Prosek, Alt-j, Angus and Julia Stone, Bear's Den, Kaleo, Vance Joy, Glen Hansard, Bilderbuch and much more..
There are so many good films and series. I love dramas and art films. But I am also interested in historical topics, fantasy or comedy (e.g. New Girl).
I have read soo many books! I mostly read historical novels at the moment (Ken Follett, Rebecca Gablé, ...) but I also like fantasy (Harry Potter and Game of Thrones of course ;)) or other genres. I think it's really interesting when books tell a true story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It was amazing to be hired as an actress and a singer in a municipal theatre for a few months. Generally being on stage is always a great and wonderful experience.
I loved travelling to Uganda when my sister lived there, hiking in Peru and quad biking in New Zealand. We lived in a car there for around three months which was so much fun - I would love to do it again :)
